Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an appointment at any time up to 30 minutes before the appointment for a full refund or reschedule for another time slot for no additional charge. Cancellations within 30 minutes before the appointment will result in a only partial refund of 50% of the service call charge. Rescheduling of an appointment within 30 minutes before the appointment will result in a convenience fee of $10.
